So, what is Smathium ?? Let's meet. This project primarily creates a blockchain based platform, which will be used in a variety of loyalty programs and at the time of several prizes. I would say a system that combines several loyalty points in a small online store, and this applies to the whole world and even affects our daily lives, namely restaurants, cafes, shops, and so on.

One of the goals of this project is to combine various brands and create a platform for rewards from loyalty itself. And this applies to all types of businesses. Internal currency, called Smathium Token, will be used during transactions in all companies and at the same time will be used as a tool of exchange between users and even brands. Of course the token will be traded on the stock exchange. And I forgot to tell you that the token itself creates additional functions, thanks to which brands can link their loyalty programs on the blockchain network, isn't this great?

The next project task is, of course, to solve existing problems from the loyalty program itself. All of these businesses will continue with the use of blockchain technology and membership programs. This will create a large and wide ecosystem that is integrated into one coin.

As demonstrated by the practice of using e-business, Smathium will be able to build projects through partnerships using only the same blockchain projects. This might include news applications, service applications to use and so on.

What problems do we have today with a loyalty program?

First, this is a closed structure and customers cannot use the gifts they receive in other brands.
The rewards themselves are not enough and at the same time they do not generate interest in the customer.
There is no differentiation, and when the program itself without such differentiation will ultimately force customers to leave.

The benefits of using this ecosystem are many.

Anyone who connects an application to a business or small merchant will be able to provide their own unique membership program to their regular customers.
Speaking of shopping centers, they will be able to provide membership benefits that are suitable for wholesale consumers, rather than giving simple coupons.
Furthermore, customers can receive their prizes in the form of cryptocurrency and the Smathium project itself will guarantee its customers a legitimate asset.
